1. Shipping Regions: Usoulhook.com ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe. Note: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US overseas territories.

2. Shipping Times: Most deliveries arrive within 5–12 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping times vary based on your location, product demand, and shipping origin. During holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other peak periods, please allow an additional 3 days. For preorders, check the product page for the estimated shipping date.

3. Shipping Fee: We provide free shipping for most of our products, please rest assured to order.
